Please ensure all trash including unwanted food items are taken out. Wash all used dishes. Place all used towels and wash clothes in dirty hamper located on lower level. Turn thermostat to 65 cool.
Place TV and sound bar remotes near TV. Ensure all doors, windows and gates are locked. Return key to lockbox before 11am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
