Ideally situated on a no-outlet road at the canal's edge, this home sits three blocks from the D River beach access point - one of the most beloved beach spots in Lincoln City. You can even launch your kayak or paddleboard from the back of the house and explore Devils Lake. The Lincoln City Outlets are only a mile south; even closer are the public library, grocery stores, casual and fine dining options, and the Lincoln City Summer Kite Festival at the D River State Recreation Site.

Flooding notice: This home is located in an area that will flood from Devils Lake after heavy rainfall for consecutive days. High profile vehicle may be needed.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
