Pleasant stay

Pleasant enough stay, we booked a suite which was adequate but didn’t reflect the price paid. Room was very clean and lovely comfy bed, but furniture in need of updating and better amenities. Staff on reception very pleasant.

Wonderful hotel, they made us very welcome.

The breakfast was fantastic, plenty of choice and hot, staff were very friendly and helpful which made my husbands 65th Birthday celebrations a pleasure

Nice modern hotel - worst lifts in the UK

Third time I have stayed here. We were given an upgrade by the lovely staff who are very welcoming and efficient. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast the next morning was also plentiful. Would stay here again. Those lifts though! There are 2 and one (the one that goes to the basement car park) was broken. They are slow and nowhere near enough to service the hotel. People were getting in on the way up to ensure they had a space when it went back down! Cue dragging our bags up and down several flights of stairs. There were 2 weddings on at the time as well. Awful.
