Very nice hotel great service and nice view of the lake. Close to shops and pubs so plenty to do or stay in the friendly hotel bar. Been to this hotel many times now and still go back.

Cheap little break away

Big hotel, staff are all great. There looks to be a much needed refurb being done slowly. We had a large room, very clean and everything we needed. Had breakfast all well cooked and plenty of it. Great value.

Excellent !!

Visited for work and booked last minute. Service excellent and we were given a beautiful room which was excellent value. We could hear the music from downstairs but this stopped at 11 and had a great night sleep. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Avoid

So noisy. Music till 3.30 am. You can hear everything in rooms above and next to you. Our floor stunk of cigarettes, awful. The water was scalding hot to a dangerous level. The shower was scalding or freezing. Bed was hard as a rock. Very dated hotel. It was cheap for a reason.
