Did not have breakfast and did not know it was free until I completed this survey. It was not mentioned during check in. The facility is very clean as was our room. The room was small so if one is looking for it to be spacious you won’t find it here. The bathroom sink is very small, typical of a European sink. Loved the iPad technology for curtains, blinds, lights and media! Lobby and hallways are very clean. The area this hotel is located in is not the best or cleanest part of downtown LA. The Grand Central Market is right around the corner which is a must see. There is no hotel parking but several lots in the vicinity. I finally used the app, Spot Hero on our 2nd day put arrival and found an unattended, uncovered lot a block away for $19 fur almost 24 hours with in/out privileges. Felt perfectly safe. I told the desk staff about the app so when guests ask in the future about parking they can recommend the app. Must parking lots don’t allow in/out privileges.

I was pleased with everything. Very good place to stay for the price. The room was nice, and I liked the lighting. WIFI and breakfast included was great. Did have one issue where the TV randomly stopped working on the morning of my check out, but I don't care enough about that to lower the rating.
