guy that works here kills it. he has a negative annoying attitude. i came in asking about something and he lied i called the hotel shortly after to confirm. also i never come out my room after 10pm to know the door is locked from inside out. is that not a fire hazard lol that guy was aggressive towards me

I added 2 additional guests days before I arrive to L.A., one adult one child. The website stated 16 years and younger would be free, When speaking with the front desk manager, he said, " No 16 Adult". So I was charged $10 extra!! The actual size of the beds were very small. The site stated the room can fit 4 people. There was NOT ENOUGH PARKING SPOTS. I asked for extra blankets due to the beds being extremely small, not fitting 4 people, my partner and I slept on the floor so my kids can have enough bed space. We NEVER received the blankets.The front manager was extremely RUDE. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS MOTEL.

The best thing about this hotel is definitely location, and price for the location it’s in. The room was spacious and for the most part, clean. Bed was comfortable, though we could have used some tables/places to put our stuff on, like toiletries etc. The alley to the parking lot is very narrow, and the parking lot is small. Staff was nice and we felt safe. Older hotel but overall good experience. Would stay again.
