Overall clean and quiet. Small room. Parking is only valet and expensive. Breakfast area is crowded. The breakfast is fair in quality. Check in and check out was convenient. Large fridge. No stove top in room but they gave us a small stove top and pans.

Great stay, Parking is pricey and sucks!

The overall stay was really great but the beds were a little too springy. You could feel the springs in each bed. Also for the price you pay you would think that parking was free, it was not free . You had to pay $ 31 dollars a night plus a $ 3.10 parking tax as well. We did not find that out until we got there that night. That was the only thing that I thought was wrong in every sense.

I did not like the charge parking did not disclose that was 31for ballet parking did give caption self park breakfast had long line most thing not clean out place one staff member working making hard refill station of food lots people are power went out due to a bracker no tv or lamp power and do not like that the pets where allowed in food area I understand pet freandly but did not like the idea of eating being sniffed by dogs while I was eating

A total let down post surgery guest needed help

No housekeeping service throughout the entire 4 day stay. Asked for extra pillows after surgery on 7/18. I was told I could only have two. I was told the hotel had a wheelchair and when I arrived back to hotel following a 9 1/2 hours OP Surgery, no wheelchair was found. Surgery center also called and was told wheelchair would be available. I could not get into hotel as I could not walk. I was told I could use the luggage cart, I had no strength to hold on to a luggage cart, I was weak and groggy, I would have fallen and injured myself. The hotel security guard, Oscar, was the only helpful person in the hotel. I was given an office chair and he pushed me in the chair to my room. Otherwise, I don't know how I would have made it to my room. I spoke to a "director of rooms". I explained my situation, he said he would look into it and get back to me. He appeared concerned and promised to get back to me immediately. I never heard back. I'm very disappointed. We have stayed in your hotel many times for work and vacation. This was by far the worst stay ever. I really needed some assistance with clean towels, extra pillows, a clean bathroom, etc. but you did not come through.

The bed was comfortable. Close to a Starbucks and a few restaurants nearby within walking distance. They do have a little snack bar inside the hotel but they’re a little pricey, but other than that it was a very nice friendly clean environment. We will be back.

Always a nice place to stay. The breakfast options changed from a year ago. I wouldn’t say it is worse, but we did like that they used to have pastries. Bring those back please.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Great for families. Suite we chose had two queen beds and a sofa bed. It was spacious for our group of 5. Valet parking so beware of extra costs on top of what you already paid for, but the valets were quick and efficient, very convenient for a large group of people wanting to just rest after a long day. However, swimming pool is most likely for children, it only goes up to 4.5 feet and is a bit small. Fitness gym was clean. Continental breakfast was nice, simple and you can make your own waffles. Overall, great stay.
