Staff was very friendly and the room was clean. However, the room is starting to show its age. The furniture is pretty banged up, and the bathrooms are in need of a refresh. They also have the tiniest and worst pillows I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. We’ve stayed here before and it’s sad to see what it’s becoming.

Came to stay before a cruise for my lady’s 40th birthday. We had to move rooms in the middle of the night due to bugs crawling around. Then they moved us to a suite and again bugs around the bed. The did refund and the staff was friendly

Was easy check in. Rooms were ok nothing special. Was not noisy. The Shuttle driver was great. I did not get his name. He dropped us off and we by passed all the traffic trying to get there. When we got back on November 30th I called Hotel and he came to get us he didnt have any pick ups so we asked if he could drop us off at the Airport and he did. Was Super nice to do that for us. He was very friendly and we gave him a nice tip fo going out of his way for us so Thank You very much. There was no where to really walk to for food but you could order from about 4 Restaurants and have it delivered but they were expensive to us.

I have stayed here more than 20 times prior to 2020 the property has been kept up nice and still has the beautiful pool, clean rooms and great staff. However I miss the breakfast, free parking and nice lotion in the room. The rooms are clean and well kept. The parking is tight but it always has been.
