I saw a few negative reviews so I wasn’t sure what to expect but this place is great. Staff nice, rooms big and clean and you don’t feel like you are right off of Sunset when you are here. It is very quiet and secluded!

Spider on ceiling. Luggage stand in closet too big, prevents one of the doors from opening. Huge empty area under shelves in room, looks like a couch was taken out and not replaced. Can see shower plumbing access plate on wall because of it. Coffee maker on tiny side table in corner of room between 2 chairs. Seems like it wasn’t originally suppose to be there. Ice machine impossible to find, map on room door incorrectly shows ice machine location, and location on room key folder is not accurate. Ice machine actually outside of building.

Would not recommend. Rooms are large but don’t feel clean and haven’t been updated in forever. The staff is pleasant but the services are antiquated and over done. The extra fees are excessive for the value delivered.

I always feel like home at The Luxe. Alex, Jocelyn, Chris take such great care of us. Cynthia and Ruben in valet make sure we always have our car on time. And Abel at Bar Luxe makes the perfect cocktails!

Excellent & comfortable

The hotel was very pleasant and clean. All services were spot on. Housekeeping changed the sheets every day, which I did not expect. I asked for extra water, and they left it for me each day. Room service was exceptionally prompt. The food was good, although better in the restaurant. The bed was so comfortable, I asked housekeeping the mattress brand, but she did not know. I highly recommend this hotel.
