Room temperature control, carpet was dirty, housekeeping requested and did not happen, and water in the room had been used and refilled. Spent a good deal of our time negotiating with the front desk about room temperature (they control for a number of rooms).

loved the location (no street noise complaints here), loved the staff, and the fact that you could text the hotel if you needed more towels etc. The parking garage at the hotel and self-parking isn’t the most glamorous, but still a wonderful stay :)

They have a nice restaurant adjacent/connected. Very decent. Although can't charge your meal to the hotel room. Super casual and effective for what they intend to deliver. The hotel is ON BRAND for the Pali family. I've stayed at other properties and you can tell that the leaders of the organization have a specific formula. Highly value-oriented. Crafty. They are adept at making decisions on design at the room level. This shows up like functional design elements in the bathroom, for instance, that may offend true aesthetic-oriented people. I like it.

The room was uncomfortably hot. So much so that we will not stay here again. According to the front desk staff, the HVAC unit is in the hallway and you cannot control the room temp in the room, which gets very hot after sun hitting the window all day. We couldn't sleep and nothing could be done about it. It was like sleeping in a sauna.
