The entire property just felt like it was in shambles. I know you get what you pay for, but between the stained bedding and floors, dirty walls with blotchy uneven paint, dinky TVs in the rooms, sketchy elevators that often wouldn’t even respond to the button calls, nonexistent restaurant that Google claims is still open, and extremely limited access to walkable food - I can’t say I could possibly recommend this Ramada. It’s well worth an extra $10-20 per night to stay somewhere that hasn’t been neglected. The staff was friendly enough - I do want to emphasize that this is clearly an ownership/property management issue and not the fault of the front desk or housekeeping staff that I encountered.

This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed at I ended up leaving. This place has roaches crawling everywhere it had mold and smelled like mold so bad in the room the a/c unit was leaking all over the room and into the wall. I tried to get my money back from front desk but they wouldn’t

The worst hotel please don’t book here

I need a full refund, we only stayed because we already paid and the the event was the next day. the rooms smell like a wet old musty dog. The carpet is dirty and smell bad. We had to try 3 rooms before we got the forth room. When you walk with no shoes in the room under your feet is black they don’t clean the floor. They give us a room that is already occupied. The next room none of the light worked the sheet is not clean, the next room the door wouldn’t open. the coffee pot is nasty, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in I will never recommend this hotel. The picture looks beautiful but inside is hell.

This hotel is being shared with homeless persons living there. The place is very unkept and the reception desk was very hostile and rude. There are rats running along the corridors The hotel is advertising free parking and when u get there u have to pay for parking When I asked why, I was told that Expedia needs to update their site and they have been charging parking for 2 months now Would not recommend this place

Completely lost trying to leave the building each time. Elevator doesn’t show correct level so you don’t know where you are. Says no smoking, but the room smelled so bad. I didn’t want to sit on the couch because it looked so filthy. Would not step foot in the shower I could see black grime all over the floor and on the shower walls the curtain rod was super rusted and the tub Was dripping water

Utterly disappointed

Upon entering the room, I was immediately confronted with an overwhelming stench, and a general sense of uncleanliness. Specifically:The mattress was visibly soiled, with noticeable stains and what appeared to be biological matter. Several amenities and surfaces within the room were stained, and gave off an unpleasant odor, raising serious concerns about hygiene and health safety. The staff made an attempt to accommodate me presenting three different rooms all of which were in the same condition and matched the odor presented at entry. This experience not only caused considerable inconvenience and stress, but also disrupted my travel plans. I had expected a safe and sanitary environment as advertised, and what I encountered was entirely unacceptable. Pull those sheets and check the condition of where you plan to rest and reset.

A Good Night's Rest - Great Stay at this Ramada

The Ramada by Wyndham Hawthorne LAX / LA Stadium was remarkably quiet, clean and comfortable. The pool was fabulous and being pet-friendly was a big plus. The only downside was the jacuzzi was closed. The staff was excellent and I recommend this hotel as a good night's stay.

Location was good, bed was comfy, pillows were great and shower was beautiful! Besides that there was not much else going for this hotel! Housekeeping was atrocious - we stayed for 4 nights and the floors were not cleaned at all! There was a creepy man who sat by the pool without getting in whilst another lady and I were swimming! The common areas were filthy - the car park was scary! There was no breakfast as advertised and no facilities for a cup of tea - coffee yes but not kettle! I would not recommend this place!
