I had a strange experience here. First of all, be aware that the hotel will charge you for your entire stay before you have even arrived, in spite of advertising the opposite. Second, there are some odd things I am not used to as a frequent traveler: no staff on-site at all times. There is a guy, Carlos, who seems to be the general manager, who is extremely professional and nice. But he seems to manage multiple locations, because he is not on-site at all times. So this amounts to most of the time no one being at the desk. At night, no one is there. There are no amenities, no coffee in the rooms or lobby. It's clearly a skeleton crew and economy operation masquerading as a cool boutique experience. It is very unsettling to sleep overnight in a building knowing there's no real staff around if something were to happen. Just unpleasant. That said, there are some pros. The rooms are very stylish and well-appointed (except for the lack of coffee maker). The bedding is really nice. The finishes are high quality. I would never stay here again, and I would not recommend it, but I ultimately appreciated the kindness of Carlos and the general niceness of the room. So, I guess my overall rating is "meh." Also be prepared to pay upfront for the entire stay; I wasn't, I was put into overdraft, and this was very stressful for a few hours until my boss advanced my pay.
