Convenient hotel close to work

Pros: Early breakfast.
Cons: TV reception WIFI
Location: Great base to stay with a lot to see in the area. Lostwithiel itself has a nice community feel to it and all the facilities for a weeks stay.
The Kings has some good points and some not so good.:- Very flexible with early breakfast. TV reception very poor Room pretty good Currently no evening food available; restuarant refurb due to finish soon but plenty of good places to eat in Lostwithiel.

No table, one uncomfortable chair after ask, room was never cleaned. It`s no hotel but a pub with a spare room.
