Espectacular apartamento en pleno centro de Madrid, ubicado en el Barrio de Chueca a solo escasos metros de la Gran Vía. Mi apartamento es de 1 habitación equipada con cama doble y en el salón tenemos un sofá cama doble. La cocina es amplia y abierta en conjunto con el salón y un cómodo comedor para 4 personas.

Previo al ascensor se deben subir unos 5 escalones aproximadamente

La comunidad de Madrid activó la nueva zona de APR (Acceso solo Para Residentes), que es de uso preferencial para residentes. Por lo que si tienen pensado venir en coche propio o alquilado, deben tener en cuenta que el acceso es restringido, y de ingresar a esta zona con vehículo conlleva una multa, si entran al centro deben estacionar en un parking, no en la calle, es la única forma de evitar las multas.

Tener cuidado con las vías que utilicen.
