A short walk takes you to the base of Mammoth Mountain's eastern ski area, so you and your party will have unbeatable access to the lifts for winter days spent tearing up the slopes! The summertime turns the slopes into ideal hiking trails, or you can explore the trails of other mountain peaks surrounding Mammoth Lakes. Drive just four-and-a-half miles south to reach Lake Mary Marina for boating, fishing, and more. And throughout the year, take the short mile-and-a-half drive into to the Village at Mammoth, a town square brimming with restaurants, shops, and access to the Village Gondola.

-- The pool is only available during summer months.

-- Please remember to bring your own Pool/Hot Tub towels. We only provide regular sized towels for your stay.

-- Shared community gas grills are only available during Summer months.

-- Charcoal BBQs are not permitted at this complex.

-- While pots and pans are available for use, as a safety precaution, consumables such as oil, spices, and coffee are not provided.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
