Horrible worst property in existence. This place needs to condemned the structure is unsafe it is pest riddled and no one speaks English, they over charge you for deposits nothing and I mean NOTHING worked properly from the flickering lights to the tv to your curtains not being able to fully close it’s a shame that this is what Miami has to offer let alone in the coral gables area. I reserved for my son to sleep with us and thank god I didn’t bring him, completely unsafe and disgusting environment. I’m pregnant there is clear signage everywhere that says no smoking EVERY WORKER THERE IS SMOKING from the balcony to the parking garage. Embarrassing

Low Cost, Low Quality.

I appreciate the affordability of this place. Folks should know to expect a room in poor condition. Flooring unsafe to walk barefoot, door wouldn't close or open easily, no comforter in room (so cold!) Overhead light was out, no conditioner or lotion offered, basic cable. If you are uncomfortable with any of these things, this wouldn't be the place for you. I was only there for 2 days and appreciate the mini fridge, desk and microwave. Unfortunately the desk chair was unsafe and I fell out of the chair due to it's wheels on the tiled floor.

Worst Hotel in Miami

My stay was horrible. I was in Miami for a funeral My 1st nigt the toilet didn't flush. I called the front deskand no one couldn't help till the next morning. My room was hot, A/C was not blowing cold air. I have not received my $100 deposit back, and today is 9/15/25... I checked out early and drove back to Augusta GA. I will never stay at this hotel again. NEVER...

The property was noisy and dirty, the stuff rude and advertising things they dont have . I had the change rooms because they did not have a mini fridge but in the photo all the apt had . No breakfast just a horrible black coffee. I dont even want to call that coffee. Bottom line i will NOT be caming back .
