This wonderful three-story home is conveniently located on the island of Minocqua, near the Bearskin trailhead and public boat landing on Lake Minocqua, and within walking distance to all restaurants and shops that Minocqua has to offer. Guests can enjoy all of the luxuries of dock access during their stay.
The home's second level, which is at the street level, hosts the main living space. A carpeted living room awaits with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a quaint coffee table, and a wall-mounted smart TV with streaming services. From here you can also see partial views of Lake Minocqua. If you would like to admire it from another point of view, step outside to the furnished deck. Back inside, the galley-style kitchen is complete with a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher - the group's cook will have everything they need to whip up tasty meals and snacks for the gang. Then, gather at the dining table off the kitchen that seats six people comfortably. This level also features a bedroom and a full bathroom.
The basement is home to a secluded second living room with a sectional, a rocking chair, and another smart TV; a full bathroom; and a storage area with a washer/dryer, sink, ironing board, and a full-size fridge. And last, but not least, the third level has two bedrooms - the main bedroom has an en suite half bathroom.
