Relaxation is the name of the game at this beautifully decorated two bedroom two bath condo that sleeps 6 comfortably and is within walking distance to the pool and tennis courts. The condo sits atop trees where you can see wildlife such as deer roaming and drinking out of the stream located right below the screened in deck. You are close to the boat ramp and there is overflow boat parking available for boating enthusiasts. If you want to take a trip to Historic Hot Springs you are only a short 30 minutes away from the natural hot springs.

This gorgeous condo has a fully equipped kitchen, bamboo floors, and an incredible deck for your relaxation. One King Bed In the master bedroom. In the second bedroom there is a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and twin on the top and another twin bed. You will find that you and your family will have ample space to spread out. The living room boasts a comfortable sectional complete with a chaise lounge. WiFi and Roku Streaming devices (You will login with your own credentials-but don't forget to log out) are included so that you can cozy up with the wood burning fireplace and enjoy a movie with your family. You will certainly enjoy all the luxury that Mountain Harbor East has to offer. You need to know that if your cell phone service is with AT&T you will need to set your phone to WiFi Calling in your settings. Additionally, you need to buy your groceries or any adult beverages prior to your arrival to the condo. The condo is about 30 minutes away from the store and the liquor store. This condo has been thoroughly sanitized!!!

Nice but not for us

The area is beautiful. The condo is spacious enough for a couple or small family. The bed was comfortable enough and it was clean. This owner is kind enough to not charge a pet fee which we thought was great! If you want peace and quiet, do not visit during the weekend or a holiday. Sitting on the deck in early mornings is nice and quiet, but later the constant noise of side by sides will drive you inside (beyond the owner's control). This condo is located beside the tennis court and pool. Convenient if you use them. Noisy if you do not. Upon entering, if it has been raining, there is no gutter over the door, so there will be a small waterfall you will have to walk through. Also, the kitchen tiles are very slick when wet. We liked being able to use the grill, but the ignitor is broken (known to the owner) and had to use a small lighter (found in the kitchen) because the long lighter the owner advised us to use was not there. This is a hazard. The living room tv has Roku which has apps you can use; however, we had to download a VISIO app to control it because the Roku remote had no volume adjustment and the tv remote rarely worked and the buttons would stick when pressed. Alot of trouble just to watch tv.Overall, the property was nice, but the location is not for us.

WE LOVE THIS CONDO!!!

Very comfortable place to stay. This is our second rental of this property. We cooked a lot while we were there and ran out of forks a lot. Could use a few more forks in the utensil holder and another set of bowls.

Family time

The condo was exactly as described and the resort was quiet and peaceful (I'm in the medical field and my husband is at chemical plant and the kids are crazy busy in travel sports). Easy to arrange for a boat slip and spent all week on the lake. Will be back.

We love Mountain Harbor and always stay here when we visit our son in Mt. Ida. This unit was clean and well maintained. We love the screened in porch. The furniture was all very comfortable. The host is a great communicator and accommodated some travel issues were had. I look forward to staying here again!

Too Much Money for the Quality

Before we arrived, I was informed that "There was no DirecTV, but there was internet. Plan accordingly." They should have taken it off the advertisement! When we arrived, it was 54° in the house, there was trash in the trash cans, and we had to contact the host bc the Internet instructions on the wall did not work. Also, there was an old razor in the shower, and we had to unload the dishes from the dishwasher ourselves. When my husband went to close the curtains in the living room, the curtain rod fell on him and he had to fix it. Inside the curtains was a wasp he killed, which was the 4th wasp we killed that evening. My daughter is highly allergic. The next day we made coffee and she dumped the creamer that was provided into the cup, and it was chunky. She's 11 so, she didn't realize it at first. The property needs to be managed better. We feel like we paid too much of a premium for a subpar experience. There were great things,too, like the back porch and the setup of the place.

Labor Day weekend

This is my second time to stay at this condo. I appreciate that it has a fully stocked kitchen & also nice paper products unlike a lot of condos. It was nice to only take out the garbage bag & start the dishwasher!

Fantastic condo, fantastic location!

My husband, 3 year old son, & dog stayed a weekend at this condo. It was wonderful- very clean, fully stocked. We enjoyed the screened porch and the neighborhood pool. We will definitely love to stay here again!

Overall the place is very nice. Pool is a short walk. Tennis court too. Not many places for our pup to potty without some rough terrain walking. I only had flip flops so that was hard on my feet. The jacuzzi tub was out of service and the one cup Keurig never worked for us. There was a coffee pot there to get that fix in. The TVs did leave some to he desired. The roku in the living room didnt run smoothly. Couldnt add any apps to the TV to add any app you might use that wasnt previously loaded. Yes i could have contacted the host but that wasnt what i wanted to do. The previous renter/cleaning crew did not clean the grill area at all. All of the utencils were dirty. I did wash them all for the next guess and wiped down the grill fairly well. Overall it was a nice stay. It is a dry county so if youre looking to drink make sure you have your drinks already. Nearest liquor wasnt far but nobody likes to backtrack

Wonderful property

We stayed here before drop off at Camp Ozark and had a great experience. The home was very clean and easy to get into, the screened in porch is a bonus and I so want to build one at my home now- it was really magnificent. I hope it is available again next year!!
