Perfect location close to bars!

I stayed with a group of my friends and the location was perfect for us, broadway was a quick Uber away. The property manager was very responsive we had trouble with the garage door and someone came out to fix it very quickly. The only thing I will note is there are not toiletries available which they did not list as available so that’s on us for assuming they’d have some, I’d just make sure you pack some! Other than that we really enjoyed our stay! We would come back!

Wonderful location, felt very safe, short uber ride to great restaurants and Broadway and walking distance to wonderful 12 South neighborhood. Did have ants in Kitchen and in bad need of a deep clean and grout cleaning. But we thoroughly enjoyed it. Space was wonderful, perfect for our 6 people. Thank you. Also, ps, light is not working in Queen room and one closet door handle is missing.

Great Place to Stay in Nashville

My family and I (11 in total) stayed here for a college graduation celebration. The reservation process was easy and the property owner was very responsive to questions. The home was clean and has plenty of space. It is convenient to Vanderbilt and Belmont as well as Music Row and Downtown Nashville. There is also a nice park (Rose Park) nearby with a playground and walking track. Highly recommend this property.

This place was a short drive to most everything. It’s new but the construction quality is terrible. You can hear everything that’s going on in the townhouse and in the unit next door- EVERYTHING!!!! The water pressure is very low and trash was left in the unit from a previous rental. There was only 1 wine glass. On a positive note, the furniture and mattresses were comfortable. The management company was responsive and gave us a late check out time as compensation.

Anniversary Weekend

My wife and I spent 6 days at this amazing location for our 29th wedding anniversary. It was easy to get anywhere in Tennessee we wanted to visit!! Highly recommended for a couple or large group. Having a garage to park the rental was a bonus. The beds were comfortable and big. The kitchen had everything that we needed for breakfast in the mornings. The bathrooms were clean.

Great place for a girls trip

Such a nice place to stay. It accommodate our group perfectly. 7 women! The beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were nice and large. Really enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely stay again.

Cockroaches

Had some problems with getting into the house but the company was very responsive and even let us check in early. House seemed great at first and looks like the pictures, then the first night we noticed multiple cockroaches on the bottom floor mainly in the kitchen. Through out the stay we killed 6 but saw many more. A lot of the furniture was stained and dirty. There was also some kind of rodent droppings by the entry way. We also didn’t have a can opener or a spatula so we had to Uber to the store. Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the home.

Great stay!

This was an excellent place to stay with a group of friends for a fun weekend! The house was cute, and the pictures are very accurate. Easy checkout process, easy access to get into the home, and convenient location to lots of Nashville options. Not very walkable, but the Ubers are cheap and quick to arrive. Would definitely stay here again!
