Lovely apt in historic district and near the water

Love the apt and location. Very clean, easy check-in, Newly remodeled, comfortable space. Close to freeway access, downtown New Haven and 2 blocks from the water. The neighbors in the building were friendly. Next time I’m in New Haven I will be staying again. Thanks!

Perfect quick getaway!

Place was exactly as stated. Perfect for a weekend gateway. Very clean and modern. Had Everything we needed. Quick Uber ride to downtown New Haven for restaurants was perfect!

Outside could use some landscaping, but overall this place is great. Close to Yale and beaches, and the nearby oyster house is outstanding (expensive). Would stay again.

Great Escape in New Haven

The apartment was perfect for our daughter while she was in the area for an extended business stay. Clean, beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable, home-like stay. Conveniently located and in safe neighborhood too. A gem!

Beautiful place, great location, loud neighbors

The property was very nice and clean. The location was great, but you could hear all the conversations of the neighbors. A lot of them partied till 4 in the morning making a lot of noise.

Amazing place!!!

My stay at this unit was amazing. A minimalist experience that had everything we needed. The host was very descriptive with the check in process which made it easy. Again this place is beautiful I would definitely buy it lol.
