Lovely hotel, fantastic service from the reception staff. Room was lovely and clean. Breakfast, well the choice of food was good for cooked breakfast, yet there was no pastries at all. Had to ask for cups, glasses, knives and it came across as this was a chore for the staff. Usual issue with the juice machines, out of a few juices.

good location, easy check in, room ok, a little small for a Family room, sofa bed was very uncomfortable, with little room to manoeuvre around it, poor nights sleep, then had a shower in the morning and bathroom flooded, the drain cannot cope with the water quick enough, probably won't stay here again

Good room rate. I have stayed here before and will do so again. Limited menu in the restaurant but very reasonably priced (£16 for a main) and very tasty. I was really impressed with the food. Very nice staff 🙂
