Hi-Speed internet allows you to work from home without any interruptions. And a brand new 55" Samsung 4K smart TV offers many streaming options. Free private parking. Access to a small private backyard.
Pets are welcomed with a fee. Coin laundry on-site.

We have a large private parking lot for our guests on our property consisting of 17 parking spots. The guest is welcome to park at any spot based on First Come and First Serve.

Week stay in Hayward

My son stayed at Carrie’s property while visiting from KY. Carrie was gracious enough to let him stay alone, we were looking for a place close to the family he was visiting and safe. He enjoyed it, and it was very convenient for him. He said it was a short walk to the BART station or Uber for those without a car. He will stay again when he visits m, it will be his place of choice. Thank you Carrie!
