Enjoy spectacular ocean views from your private balcony, take advantage of an incredible suite of on-site amenities, or head over to the beach to work on your tan and hit the surf. Enjoy access to the building’s enclosed pool, available year-round. While covered and protected from the elements, it is not a fully indoor pool.

Wall-to-wall windows offer strong natural lighting and jaw-dropping views from inside the condo. Bold, contemporary interior decor creates a sophisticated living space, while the open-concept living area sets the stage for comfortable home gatherings. A wet bar is equipped for happy hour hosting convenience. A full kitchen, central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer are waiting at home to help you rest and recharge for the next day's adventures.

There is a $75 per week, cash or credit card non-refundable building registration fee due at The Capri, which includes one parking space. If available, additional parking spaces will be $10 per day or $55 per week per space.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This condo offers its guests a water park, an indoor pool, and a sauna. A fitness center, an arcade/game room, and laundry facilities are also featured at the family-friendly condo.
