Plan at-home meals with ease in the kitchen equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. After the day's adventures, kick back on the private balcony with your favorite cold beverage or unwind inside with shows and movies on the smart TV. Essentials include central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer.

Ocean City's top attractions are within a short driving distance, but recreation opportunities are also abundant right on the property. Get in your daily exercise with some vitamin 'sea' - the fitness center's treadmills face the water, and the tennis court and outdoor pool are beachside.

Things to Know
The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed.
The indoor pool will be closed beginning Monday, March 2, 2026 through Friday, March 14, 2026 for our annual maintenance. The pool will reopen on Saturday, March 15, 2026.
Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This condo offers its guests a water park, an indoor pool, and a sauna. WiFi is free in public spaces. A children's pool, a fitness center, and an arcade/game room are also featured at the family-friendly condo.
