Can i give 6 Stars?!?

We stayed at Happy Residence Orient Beach 11 for two nights of the seven we were visiting St. Martin. We wished we had planned the entire trip in this location! Each morning, we woke and watched the sun rising above the turquoise waters of Orient Bay from our pillows, had coffee on our private balcony, listened to the waves the beautiful beach. Then we just picked up our towels and walked out the door to spend the day on Orient Beach. The room was super clean, well laid out and well furnished with everything we needed. I am a very early planner so I had reserved this about 12 months in advance. Through the whole process, our amazing host communicated promptly and with many important details that I (as a newbie VRBO user) needed. It was a special treat to get to meet Germaine in person! Thank you for making our trip even more special, Germaine!

Beautiful Views

This place had a beautiful view of the beach and the inside was comfortable and clean. The owner was very nice and even came in person to check me in. For me, the biggest downside was the construction on the roof that started at 7am. Also, I thought this would be in Orient Beach but it's actually in Mt Vernon with a view of Orient Beach. The parking lot is far from the unit and it was hard to find parking at night. I personally like to stay in areas where I can walk to restaurants, but it wasn't possible in this area.
