Staying at this hotel was a nightmare. The place is filthy and disgusting!!! I had a 3 night reservation through Expedia, and the hotel denied the refund after they placed me in a filthy room, horrible customer service. If you are considering to stay there, please don't....not worth paying a dollar.

The place was disgusting. We had blood on our carpet and blinds. The sheets were stained. There was dog droppings and used condoms right in front of our door. The pool was gross, we asked 3 times for towels and toilet and didn't have them for our first night. No trash can only one light worked. The golf course was not maintenened in years. Everything was falling apart. We had a horrible experience and ended up driving home and not staying the whole time.

Este "Hotel" necesita una remodelación urgente. Desde la alfombra que ni comprando algo mitigo el olor a humedad, lo muebles estan maltratados hasta parece q se mojaron. El agua se sale de la ducha y hay q estar poniendo toallas. En el cuarto q nos toco como modo de seguridad tenian un muebke bloquian el acceso ya q es es de los cuartos q tienen acceso a otro. El "clip" q se utiliza para evitar q la puerta se abra estaba roto. Las areas comunes sucias. No deberian decir que ofrecen desayuno. Falta seguridad para un complejo tan grande donde se puede entrar y salir sin problemas.

The room wasn't clean. There were cockroaches, spiders, and ants. The place is really old and the bed made me itchy. They advertise their complimentary breakfast but the options are kinda sad. There were stains in the chair so we didn't dare to sit on it.

Location was close to Disney. They offer free shuttle to the park. Continental breakfast was extremely limited and each day of our stay they offered less options. You have to request your room to be clean and wasn't aware until the 4th day of our stay. Poor lighting in room, peeling paint and odor in room.

THE UNDER GRADE HOTEL STAY

I WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE. THE HOTEL REQUIRES AN URGENT UPGRADE, STRONGLY NEEDS TO HIRE A PROFESSIONAL TO GET RED OF COACH ROACHES, AND IT HAS A STRONG, MUSTY SMELL. YOU CAN ALSO SEE THE DAYLIGHT THROUGH THE DOORS WHEN SHUT CLOSED, AND MOST OF THE TV CHANNELS, YOU COULD NOT SEE IT WAS VERY SNOWY.

Avoid

Wires sticking out of the smoke detectors.. it didn’t seem like they were hooked up. Door looked like it had been kicked in at some point. just generally did not feel safe.
