Someone entered our room with a key. I went to the store, So the car was gone. My daughter was still in the room. Once they entered she was in the bathroom and called for me thinking it was me. Once they heard a voice they fled leaving the door cracked open. Not feeling safe we looked for another hotel and requested a room change. Staff was UNABLE TO TELL ME WHO ENTERED MY ROOM.

The smell of mildew was overbearing, the sheets were stained, some of the lights both in and out of the room weren’t working, the sheets were slippery/moist with mildew, shower wasn’t clean, lock clearly broken right off of the door. It is impossible to feel safe in this hotel.

The only issue that I have is I'm still waiting on my deposit to be returned to my debit card. Im still giving 5 stars for now because I stayed @ this property, when it was Quality Inn, before it was renovated and it's totally different. I wouldve rated it 0 stars before. They've made a great change.

After traveling from Wisconsin and staying at 2 other hotels - this one was so clean and smell great. Staff is wonderful. If expecting anything hot for breakfast not. But cold stuff not bad. Beds were comfortable. They did say next week going through and repainting the place

I don’t know where to start. This hotel is disgusting, the room is dirty like very very dirty. Is next to a busy road so the noise was horrible. Also it been a week and I haven’t received my $100 deposit yet. I called and they hanged up the phone. I don’t recommend this hotel at all specifically if you have kids.

Please don’t not booked with them!! When I got to the room it was dirty and when I told the receptionist he told me that he was going to show me another room.. I looked at the room and it wasn’t finished and told them that I didn’t wanted that room and wanted my money back, the guy at the front desk was rude and told me that if I wanted to cancel the room I had to contact Expedia and he told me you can contact them out side.. I don’t recommend them… And the rooms have a bad smell…

Mostly still a Super 8, not a Wyndham. Sure decent furniture, mirrors and a nice chair, but 3/4 of this room is Super 8. Dents in the walls, stains on both doors, bathroom door splintering at the bottom, dirty corners in bathroom tub area. The "renovation" is quite poor. Painted front door red with plenty of red drops on the inside entry floor. And outside street here in Orlando is quite noisy all hours of the day and night. Pretty disappointing, never again Wyndham.

I am not sure where to start. I am so upset about the service that finally I decided to write up about my experience. First of all at check-in time 3pm, room was not available. When I was allotted another room, the room was smoking room whereas I requested non-smoking room. I was given yet another room. This room does not lock. Somehow door was so hard that I couldn't lock the lock. I had notified front desk and no response. On top of this, no room has intercom facility. I had to walk one end of hotel to another and go down to speak someone at the front desk. The hotel management still doesn't clean room or change liens next day and giving excuse that you have to request it. It seems COVID is gone and they are still following same rules. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
