Spacieux mais pas luxueux

Appartement confortable (4 chambres et 2 salles de bain) mais il n'y a pas de climatisation ni ventilateur (pour une appartement dit luxueux, il manque des prestations)uniquement qu'un 1 jeu de clé dû la difficulté de pouvoir partager avec d'autres personnes (collègues ou familles).il n'y a pas de volets ni de moustiquaires aux fenêtres.Transports en commun a proximité (tramway et bus).commerces de proximité (2 mn à pieds).
