For many years, whenever we travel to Palm Springs, we stay at this hotel. The rooms are fine, though they are somewhat old and outdated. The restaurant staff is always very friendly and excellent, but the two young men at the front desk who checked us in were quite unprofessional. It seems that regardless of your Hilton points or how long you’ve been a loyal guest, they won’t offer an upgrade unless you tip them.
