Equipa da recepção muito atenticiosa e prestável, sempre ajudando e contribuindo para apoiar bons momentos. Apesar de chegarmos antes da hora, a equipa fez um esforço suplementar para ter os quartos disponíveis logo que possivel. Sempre prestáveis na guarda e disponibilização de malas, assim como no cafe da manhã. Foram uma contribuição fundamental para um fim de semana excelente da Disneyland Paris.

Excellent! Staff spoke English, bags area when we left bags was right behind front desk, laundry area was easy to use, safe, and walkable to Disney. Would have preferred the shuttle was a real shuttle and not a public bus down the road but uber was only $10 so no biggie. I would skip the breakfast and do pastries at Disney for probably less

Great facilities, good location for Disneyland and Val dEurope. Negatives - no sink in the toilet room which meant walking through the apartment to wash your hands! A bar or restaurant would be a good idea Would stay again but not as a couple - but with friends who want Disney!

Absolutely AMAZING stay! Didn't expect it to be as nice as it was, cannot fault anything at all. The hotel was so clean and well thoughtout. The location was perfect for both Disney and Val d'Europe. The apartment had everything we needed with out 3 year old too. Honestly, I'd be here all day listing all the good things. We will be back! THANK YOU!

Good central location to Disneyland, has a shuttle to parks. close to shopping. Good amount of space for a big family. Rooms are dated and need work a lot of work. Couch needs to be replaced. No amenities, they charge a deposit just for an iron to go with the ironing board, no cleaning, towel exchange available upon request. Great for price if you don’t plan on spending much time in the room.

This hotel is our go to for visits for this area. Perfectly adequate for what we require, nice area, friendly staff and secure parking. Marked down a little bit as the bathroom could do with a little basic extra care and renovation - limescale build up looked awful and forgotten about but would still stay here again and again. Be prepared for potential noisy neighbours given the proximity to Disney - there were children playing in the corridor until midnight one evening and you can hear every word in the room.

Great hotel within walking distance to Disneyland Paris. Great for couples and families wanting to walk safely to and from the theme park at all hours. was a safe walk back to the hotel from the theme park after the final fireworks, even though it was dark.

Please dont book this hotel. Yes its close to Disney but its not worth. They are in possible to contact. I really needed to check in early so i called, emailed and messaged via the hotels.com app to ask for early check in but never got any reply. Once i reached the reception i was told to go away and come back later by a rude woman on the desk. I explain that i tried to contact numerous times about checking in early but she didnt care. I wish i booked another hotel. The room its self had stains all over the carpet and chunks of the wall missing on the corners. Please dont book this hotel. The staff are rude and really dont care
