Awful. Be warned this is not a hotel...at least not as you would expect. The walls are paper thin. There was just a door separating me and my neighbor. I was exhausted my first night and could hear the neighbors TV and them talking loud and clear. Having trouble sleeping I called the desk to seek an alternative room. No answer. My wife tried 30 minutes later...no answer. Remember that, it is a theme. The next day we checked their breakfast and it was a pretty standard pathetic continental for 19 euro each. It was a good decision to pass on that as my wife and I ate a better breakfast for less than that total! They have a kitchenette in the room but the next day when we tried to use it the induction cooker wouldn't turn on. We called the desk and got no answer. They gave us 1 pathetic little pillow each so my wife tried to call down to the desk to inquire about getting more. No answer. She went down and asked and the desk informed her that all the pillows were being used and she had to deal with it. The shower has just a half a door and the floor doesn't have a drain so showers meant cleaning the floor afterwards and the towels would be sopping wet. The next day wife called down to the desk as the towels were still soaked...no answer. So she went down to ask for more towels and they said she had to bring the old ones down first...thanks. I called Expedia to try to get my reservation changed to anywhere else and they got no answer. More to say no space. Place is awful.
