Not so great stay

Not all Ibis hotel are good.This hotel had bad toilet smell and no ventilation of air. Noisy too. The bed was small and we are petite size even! The only good thing was location.

I liked the bed as it was comfortable and the staff was helpful. However, the family room was exceptionally small and the toilet was in unacceptable condition. It was the worst experience ever in this hotel. The shower drainage was blocked so changed the room and then the toilet flush did not work in the second room. No tea/ coffee facility in the room and breakfast items were very limited than a continental breakfast.

My reservation could not be found or confirmed in the system, probably due to too many modifications. But the hotel manager was very kind and gave me a room while the staff fixes the issue. I had a nice rest. The place is okay if you simply need somewhere to stay. The shower was small and had not glass door or shower curtain so the bathroom would get very wet each time. The breakfast was simple but good. There was unfortunately a lot of flies. Aside from that its very far from the center of Paris. I would recommend an ibis closer to downtown. All in all I enjoyed my stay

Roupas de cama estavam sujas. Ao entrar a recepção estava com a maioria das luzes apagadas, local não estava agradável, e estava com cheiro muito ruim. Café da manhã com croassant velho e amassado, sem opções no café. Tentei reembolso através do hotel.com, pra poder pegar meu dinheiro de volta, mas não tive sucesso. Minha reserva era para 2 noites, fiquei apenas uma porque não tinha o que fazer. Eu estava em um lugar onde não conhecia, de noite e muito frio. No outro dia fui para outro hotel. As fotos do anúncio não estão de acordo com a realidade!

Un hôtel Ibis Budget un peu remanié ou anciennement Première Classe de pauvre banlieue. Certes j'ai bien dormi, et ne me plains pas de mon séjour, mais une chambre à 2 lits avec un lavabo près de la fenêtre, cela manque d'intimité pour accueillir des personnes sans lien affectif absolu !
