The room is very old and a lot of the electrical outlets were broken. The water is hot and cold on and off. And then all the rooms I have stayed in for the last years have a bad smell! Otherwise the hotel is fine.

tout ce qui concerne l'hotel était parfait. l'acceuil , service , la chambre , le restaurant musical....... par contre le service shuttle a l'arrivée était déplorable . 3h30 d'attente dehors (pluie et froid), un Shuttle qui n'est jamais venu . Le shuttle du Mercure a finalement décidé de me prendre , se trouvant a cote du Millenium

Misled about free shuttle. Website said one thing, fact is there is a 6 hour gap in coverage. Manager didnt realize it is her responsibility to check details on the site. Would not ever stay there again or advise anyone else too. Here is a pic of an email i received after making a non refundable reservation that i would have cancelled after reading it.

Overnight stay. Hôtel is about 8-minute ride from CDG. Clean although a bit dated. It served our need for the night. It’s also located about 7-minute ride to Aeroville mall which is a very decent shopping center complete with all the amenities, food options and entertainment you may fancy.
