Great hotel

Comfortable, modern and clean hotel close to airport. Staff was very helpful My only complaint, Shuttle was not free and it didn’t go to Terminal 1. Taxi for a 10 minute ride was $30.

I have such mixed feelings about this hotel. To begin with, to get into the hotel, our driver had to get a parking ticket, which is just a hassle. The employee at check in was very nice, but why an airport would only have one person checking in during peak hours is beyond me, because the line was long and everyone waiting was frustrated. The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable, and well stocked with a coffee maker and hot water kettle. It's actually quiet despite being so close to the airport. My main issue with this hotel is with their blatant false advertising of the "free airport shuttle". When we were checking in and they charged us 5€ a person (including children) for the airport shuttle I went back and checked the listing. My Expedia booking, Google maps, and Orbitz all have it as a perk of the hotel that they offer free airport shuttle service. Based on previous reviews stretching back pretty far, I feel it's perfectly reasonable to assume that the hotel management definitely knows about this listing issue, and is outright choosing to continue falsely advertising by not fixing it.

The water pressure for the bath and the separate (double spaced) shower were good. Interestingly the toilet was separate from the bathroom. The place was clean, only that the mirror in the bathroom had large marks across it, as if they started to clean it but forgot to finish. The windows open which was great. Comfy beds. Couldn't access the gym, the card wouldn't work but didn't get time to sort that out. A few minutes from supermarkets and the Aeroville shopping centre. Paid underground parking straightforward. Lots of spaces to pick from. The Novotel Suite is in the middle of 3 hotels, Ibis Budget and B&B. They share the same underground parking. Novotel Suite has the yellow parking spaces. A lift takes you up directly into the hotel reception ir whatever floor you need. It was a great stay. Water in fridge was complimentary. Had to ask for a bowl to use the microwave which they kindly gave us (would be helpful if they had a bowl to use there already). I would definitely stay here again. It was great and the facilities were good. Bath, shower and kitchenette. Staff polite and helpful.

I love my stay and the Novatel the only issue I would state is a better Dinner Menu …. Need a bit more variety of food to cater to the guests that stays there. But overall a good place to stay while visiting Paris….
