I gave the review of "poor" only because they refunded money for the nights we booked but didnt end up staying. Otherwise, horrible. Bugs in the room, dirty bedding, moldy ceilings. In a very dangerous area.

We ended up here after the sister hotel in Trappe canceled our reservation and wasted 2 hours trying to find a solution for us at 1am. Upon arrival at this hotel of the same chain: Mice feces on the floor in our room and the backing up of the shower drain sent back the water that was supposed to drain and some more. Can someone explain why we would need 2 ashtrays in the bathroom integrated (!!) in the very limited counter space?!! The staff was mostly nice and trying to be helpful also attempting to make up for the broken vending machine for 5 days in a row. Parking is fairly limited - don’t come back late. The entire complex of the hotel is in some kind of gated community, maybe social housing- no big deal, but the guy at the gate needs to hear every time from you that you are a guest of the hotel. Maybe a license plate list could make this part smoother and less clunky in addition to the other many inconveniences…Not a place I would return to and I am a very seasoned and regular Paris visitor.

That is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in in my life. The room itself is OK. However, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting and I’m gonna put three photos for you to see. The staff spoke very little English. The location itself was very inconvenient. Yes, it was close to a bus stop. However, the bus came when they felt like it not like the schedule said so you really couldn’t count on them so the location was not conducive. I do not recommend this hotel. I don’t say that lightly because if you look at most of my reviews, lastly, I’ve been on cruise ships that had a larger shower than this one, you’ll see from the pictures. the sink would take about 20 minutes to drain and I told myself that that stain in the toilet was rust. I do recommend them.

Staff was nice but: 1 hour transit from the city centre, very small washroom (resembling that of an airplane), water from shower floods to floor every time, not the cleanest, loud, can smell cigarettes if window opened, nothing nearby in the neighbourhood, no direct access to the main road, unsafe neighbourhood.

Think youth hostel quality

We booked 2 rooms, one for us, and one for the kids (young adults) requesting one double bed and one twin room with bunk over. What we actually got was two double rooms with bunks over, meaning one of the kids had to sleep in the bunk, the other in the double. Deliberately booked rooms like we did as the kids are autistic and it’s easier to preempt a potential arguement. The rooms were cosmetically fairly clean, but the ingrain dirt was evident, stains in the toilet, limescale on the taps, dirty paint work throughout and the mould on the ceiling was horrible and smelt. Particularly worrying for our child who also has asthma. The shower was basically unusable due to its size, the taps were right next to the toilet, which gives you an indication of the dimensions. The window in the room was directly opposite the ladder of the bunk and only had 2 settings, closed or wide open. There are no safety catches on them, so potentially anyone could fall out. The first night we arrived we almost left immediately because of the condition of the room, but we’d travelled the night before and spent the day in Disneyland, so we were exhausted and autistic people don’t cope well with change. The following day we decided to go out until late so we’d just fall asleep when we got back, but tbh we were all keen to leave on the last day. Admittedly we don’t speak much French, but the cleaners speak no English and kept trying to come in our rooms while we were packing to leave.
