Hôtel très bien situer accueille des hôtesses très sympathique chambre propre et très belle vue confort des équipements très bien. Nous avons super bien dormi bien insonorisée.. Et le déjeuner très bien du choix et le seule bémol ces le personnel du petits déjeuner pas aimable du tout !!!! Bon séjour et j y reviendrais

La direction de cette chaîne (Louvre Hotel) n'a prévu aucune solution alternative, malgré qu'ils savaient que le personnel faisant les chambres étaient en grève. Cela ne les a pas empêché de facturer le prix fort malgré qu'ils connaissaient les désagrément aux clients. Une chaîne hôtelière profitant de la pénurie de logement et prenant les client en "otage" en leur faisant payer d'avance une prestation déplorable pour ne pas assumer la qualité déplorable de service rendu.

Mon équipe et moi-même nous efforçons d'apporter un service de qualité pour satisfaire nos clients. Même si vous avez constaté une grève qui ne concerne pas tout le personnel, les chambres sont nettoyées à votre arrivée et les réceptionnistes veillent à votre confort le long de votre séjour. Il est fort dommage que l’erreur survenu lors de votre réservation vous aient laissés une mauvaise impression, ce qui n’est pas représentatif de nos prestations. réservation déçu

Pros: proximité de paris
Cons: la réservation
mon hôtel n'était pas réservé et je n'ai pas eu la chambre demandé un grand lit pour 3 au lieu d'un lit deux places et un lit enfant

Malheureusement si votre réservation n'était pas effectuée, la reception n'a peut être pu vous donner la chambre désirée... A bientôt au Première Classe Pont de Suresnes!

Hotêl acceuillant proche des transports

Pros: L'acceuil, le lieu.
Ce n'est pas la première fois que je fréquente cet hotel qui est à 15 minutes de la défense. Les commerces sont à proximité.

Hotel im Randgebiet/ Stadtnähe von Paris

Pros: Die Lage und die Anbindung an die Verkehrsmittel waren sehr gut
Cons: Das Frühstück etwas europäscher Gestalten. Es gibt ein kontinentales Frühstück ist leider nicht für alle geeignet. (Diabetiker)
Location: Das Hotel war im 17 Boulevard henri sellier , in Suresnes .Man kann sehr gut mit der Metro und den Regio direkt ins Zentrum nach Paris gelangen.
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Stadt der "Liebe". Die Menschen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
