We stayed at the hotel for an overnight as our flight was early out of cdg. The air-conditioner just didn't work and no windows to open to get some fresh air.we stayed up all night sweating, with a 20hr flight in the morning.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience for our short overnight stay! Loved the amenities-indoor pool, sauna, robes in the room, wash clothes, bottled water, etc…more than we expected. The room didn’t cool as much as we had hoped, but we were still comfortable.

If you are not a member of their hotel frequent stay club they are only interested in charging you 10 euros per hour for early check in and forget about late check out, they will require you book another night even if you need a few extra hours. They tell you housekeeping cannot accommodate the late check out but I found it odd that they had a room ready if you wanted to pay full price for another night. My key was turned off at 10:45 even though check out was at 11 and had to go wait in line for staff to turn it back on when I got locked out of my room. Check in took about a 1/2 hour wait in line. Staff seem really unhappy to be working. The washroom had mould in the corner of the shower that was clearly not cleaned for while. Rooms are just ok for an airport hotel.

Not great at all and over priced

We arrived at 6.50pm and the check in que was 5 deep and took nearly an hour. A tour guide even jumped it and check 4 passengers in. The room was then not equipped with the extra bed for my child which I had to request at reception and took 30mins to be delivered. The aircon was nearly inconsistent and we baked all night. We paid €180 for a hotel that is still a taxi to the terminal and no breakfast which is extremely expensive with very little value.

Just ok - hard to find when arriving

Checked in very late. This hotel is very hard to find on foot after arriving so get a shuttle or taxi to save the desperation.
