Exceptional, completely new 3-bedroom air-conditioned apartment (April 2024) located in the heart of Paris, a few steps from Rue Montorgueil, Place des Victoires and the Opera. Our high-end apartment combines luxury, comfort, and modernity. Decorated by renowned professional architects, it is fully equipped and is ideal for a successful stay in the capital with family or friends.

It is located on the 1st floor with elevator in a very beautiful secure Paris stone building in a pretty, quiet courtyard.
It can accommodate up to 6 people and has the following amenities to make your stay pleasant:

• 1 beautiful living room with sofa, armchair and coffee table
• 1 dining area with a beautiful table and chairs for 6 people
• 1 smart television and WiFi access to stay connected.
• 1 fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, microwave, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and washer-dryer
• 3 double bedrooms with queen size bed and smart TV
• 2 bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet
• 1 separate toilet

The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.

A lovely spot in a great area. We enjoyed the space. The check in process was easy although we were told someone was going to meet us, and they never actually did. Also there should be some staples in the kitchen like basic sugar etc. And far more coffee pods. Also the curtains do not cover any of the light out the back for the bedrooms. All that aside we had a lovely stay!

This was the perfect stay! The apartment was super clean, the AC for the 90 degree August weather during our stay was crucially important and so appreciated and we loved having a washing machine as we were traveling from the US to the UK to Paris and beyond. Johanna and Michael were fantastic work with, great comunication leading up to our stay, even meeting us for a personal check-in to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Plus the proximity of the apartment to the metro made it super easy for us to get to everywhere we wanted to be and we adored the side street neigborhood for breakfast at cafes, the cheese shop and patisseries were fantastic! We truly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful!

We stayed for six nights during a heat wave, and after hectic days of sightseeing in the crowded, busy city, this apartment was a cool, clean and quiet oasis. We enjoyed the big dining table, the comfortable beds, the plentiful bathrooms; such a great place! We are grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here. Our granddaughters are already asking to return next summer.

Lovely stay in the 2nd

We have visited Paris many times and live to stay in the 2nd. We found this fabulous unit right in the heart of this vibrant neighborhood. The unit was updated, clean and had everything we needed. The bedding and linens were like new and very high quality. The check in process was easy as well as any communication with the host. Some folks have mentioned the metro sounds - not an issue at all. You could hear it faintly but not a problem. As a person with sleep issues — I slept very well. Would definitely stay again.
