Staff was not at the front desk. I waited with another guest to check in (approximately 5 minutes). The gentleman who did eventually appear was very kind. The room was in trembly poor condition. Most items did not work (lamps, remote, etc). Door had large gap, allowing light and noise all night long. There was not a single clean surface in the entire room. I wiped the toilet seat with a makeup wipe and was shocked at the dirt that came off. The coffee area in the morning was filthy. We decided not to stay additional nights and relocated to another hotel.

We had been traveling with 2 autistic kids and needed to stop and sleep. Room was PREPAID. Would not check us in as we did not have another form of pymt for the $150 deposit. Refused to refund. This was literally the last of our money. We ended up sleeping in our car witb the kids. Other people trying to check in had the same issue with checking in.

The hotel is obviously a little bit older, which is fine, but it was somewhat disrepair. The first room we had the TV did not work so they had to change us rooms and when we got into that room in the morning when I took a shower. I realized there was hair stuck to the sides and bottom of the shower and did not look like it had been cleaned. There were long hair strands all over the floor as well. It was also advertised that this had a breakfast included with it. The sign above the door said breakfast was from 6:30 AM-9 AM. We went in the first morning just before eight and there was absolutely nothing. The door was open, but there was no food at all. We stayed there for four nights and checked every morning and there was no food. The juice machine was not working. I would not recommend This hotel at all.

On Hotels, we paid in full for a Standard room with 2 queen beds. We were given a sun-standard room with 2 double beds. The room wasn't clean well. There was small pieces of trash on floor. There was 3 yellow-orange water strips in bathtubs they didn't rinse out. When you sit on the bed, it rolls backward. When I told the front desk we were given double beds and not queens, she said we had to take it up with a third party. I recommend that no one stay here. P.S. the beds were comforable for sleeping.

The staff is always great, especially the gentleman that. Checked me in @ 2:00am. I used to stay here every time I was visiting Chandler years ago. It's really starting to show its age though.

Not a Pet-Friendly Property!

I reserved a room at this Super-8 motel because I have always enjoyed my stays at Super-8’s, and their listing on Hotels.com indicated this property was “pet-friendly.” When I arrived on a cold night after 9:45pm, I was informed the pet-friendly rooms were sold-out, and no more are available. They wouldn’t let me check-in, even though I had a guaranteed reservation through Hotels.com. Instead, the front desk reception insisted on canceling my reservation. Mind you, I needed to find another lodging accommodation at this late hour (10:00pm!) for myself because I can’t sleep in my car as a woman almost 70 years old in the January wintertime. I recommend, if you’re seeking a pet-friendly hotel, call the property prior to completing the booking to confirm your pet will be welcome. This has never happened to me before. Whenever I have booked a hotel reservation that indicates “pet-friendly property” on their website, it has 100% been honored. I am still dealing with getting the money I paid for this hotel room refunded to me! The whole thing that happened to me was totally unacceptable.

The staff was kind, but the property is very dirty and doesnt look like it has been properly cleaned in a long time. I believe this is somewhere that allows long term staying, which should be noted because that makes for a very different environment to stay in.

Avoid this place. Bad need of cleaning & reno's

The floor was warped laminate. The strong smell of disinfectant hit u as soon as the room door opened. Dirty washcloth by door. Tv remote didn't work. Breakfast consisted of a bagged muffin, yogurt and a bottle of water.
