Most staff courteous

Was promised a room with a view but our view was one of a car-park. couldn't sleep at night as there was a light in the car-park which shone into our room and it reflected off the mirrors in the wardrobe which were opposite the window which compounded the problem. It would have helped if there were heavy curtains to block out the light, but they were just light organsa or some such material with two strips of other material. I asked the receptionist to print the boarding passes for our return home as the public computer wasn't working and he said he was too busy and to find an internet café. Those two could do with customer relations training.

Hotelli piti olla 4tähden, mutta huoneistossa oli kuluneisuutta, sekä likainen, ikkuna oli tilkitty WC paperi "sutturalla",että se pysyisi kiinni. Parvekkeen ovi ei mennyt ollenkaan lukkoon. Jonka jälkeen lähdimme vastaanottoon kertomaan asiasta. Siellä meihin suhtauduttiin erittäin yliolkaisesti. Tiukkojen neuvottelujen jälkeen saimme huoneen vaihdettua. Tv kanavia ei oltu viritetty ja jääkaappia ei ollut. huoneistossa ei ollut kuin neste saippua ja Wc paperit. Varaus oli ensimmäinen ja viimeinen kerta tästä hotellista.

Ei todellakaan neljän tähden hotelli. Kun valitimme honeesta, jonka parvekkeen ikkunaa ei voinut sulkea, meihin suhtauduttiin hyvin epäkohteliaasti. Hotelli on parhaat päivänsä nähnyt ja vaatisi ehdottomasti remonttia. Suurin pettymys oli parveke, jolta suora näkyvyys kaikille julkisivun parvekkeille eli ei mitään yksityisyyttä. Jos vielä naapuriin osuu tupakoivia henkilöitä, parvekkeella olo on todella tukalaa ja tupakansavu tulee siään huoneeseen oven ja ikkunoiden raoista. Toinen asia, joka todella suututti oli äänieristys. Jos aiot nukkua tässä hotellissa, ota mukaan korvatulpat. Kaikki äänet kuuluvat naapurihuoneista. Lisäksi kadunlakaisukone kiertää hotellia aamuisin klo 6 alkaen todella meluisasti ja siivoaminen alkaa klo 8, mikä sekin suoritetaan niin, että jokainen kuulee. Näistä johtuen meillä oli herätys joka aamu klo 6 ja kun muutkin heräilivät, ei nukkumisesta tullut enää mitään. Hotellista on saneerattu vain sisääntuloaula ja ilmeisesti kadun puoleinen julkisivu on maalattu. Muualla maalit roikkuivat, kylpyamme oli ruosteessa ja rappusten kokolattiamatot todella kuluneita. Ainoa positiivinen asia oli hyvä aamiaisbuffet.

Henkilökunta avulias.lyhyt matka keskustaan meren rannalla.kaunis ja avara sisääntuloaula,uima-alls ulkona puutarhassa, vesi lämmitetty.osa huoneissa rottinki tuolit,ei pehmusteita.
