Luxury and large, centrally located right next to Costco 5 min to the beach, 10 minutes to the malecón and 5 min to shopping. This fully upgraded apartments has everything you need from luxury mattresses, hot water, coffee, fully equipped kitchen, swimming pool and all luxury amenities. Enjoy the views of the mountain and and sunrise from the full dining table . This place is truly comfortable and luxurious! There are three bedrooms with brand new mattresses and bedding and two full bathrooms. Let me know if you need any recommendations or if I can make your stay more comfortable in any way! We paid almost 10.000 CN for the month. More than 50% to much...in my opinion. Not to the expectation of "LUXURY" we were expecting. The kitchen ware was a mixed bag of mismatched dishes and glass ware.The cutlery was mus matched and the forks were bent. I actually cut my lip. My husband fixed tgem. The living room furniture was old and worn out. Most...if nit all, if the lighting fixtures were rusted and not working. If you list something for such a high cost, people expect it.Now to the pool area, the pool was is a very bad state. So many tiles missing. Such a shame. I will add though. The place was very clean. the cookware

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this house, the proximity to groceries (Costco & La Comer) and restaurant in the area has been very much appreciated. However, a bit of decoration could help to brighten the house. Many thanks to Lily for the good service she gave us, I recommend this rental to people who like walking. About 15-20mn to the beaches.
