Arrived to the property and could not stay because it was so terrible! Does not look like photos at all! Property refused to refund my money and does not answer phone calls or messages! They have the property triple posted on Expedia! Please avoid this scam! Ended up staying at the Serenade all exclusive and it was great! Still want my refund from DUCASSI

- Kakerlaken im Zimmer - Küche schmutzig und nicht zu gebrauchen/kein Geschirr vorhanden - Badezimmer nur knapp funktionsfähig - Kühlschrank so laut, dass man kaum schlafen konnte - Rooftop Pool geschlossen - wohl auch besser - Strand 500 Meter entfernt - Zugangsweg eng, verdreckt und nur für Mutige Müssten Aufenthalt kurzfristig abbrechen, da Unterkunft zu unsicher erschien.
