This hotel is GREAT. We've stayed there two years in a row. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has a lot of character. The guys at reception were enthusiastically helpful; we got a lot out of our only 2 day stay in Reykjavik, and it all went smoothly thanks to their advice.
