Ideally located 15 kms from Figeac, a famous medieval town made famous thanks in particular to its Place des Ecritures, Le Mas de Vals is ideal for a couple wishing to discover the riches of the Lot. In a small hamlet, in a quiet country setting, we love this gite for its functional and practical side...everything is there! You will appreciate the presence of a swimming pool 3 kms away, and that all the shops and services, as well as a leisure base are present in Figeac. Accommodation on cellar, accessible by several steps then a covered balcony and all the rooms on the same level: living room with sitting area (sofa bed, flat screen TV) and kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with large shower, separate toilet. Land at the foot of the gite with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue. The owners live close to the gite.
