Spectacular penthouse for up to 5 people with living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, laundry area, private terrace w / barbecue, shower, deck and jacuzzi. Newly renovated! Great location on the 11th floor in a family building facing Praça General Osório subway station. Less than 5 minutes walking to Copacabana beach and less than 10 minutes to Ipanema beach.

Each room is equipped with a double bed, closet, air conditioner and indirect lighting. Living room with sofa bed, dining table, air conditioner, Smart TV (cable). Kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, microwave and all the necessary utensils to have an unforgettable staying. Service area with washing machine and a spacious bathroom. Internet Wi-fi in the whole apartment.

Close to public transportation, supermarkets, bakeries, banks and restaurants.
