Family Home-Great Fishing Spot- Close to Golf- Private Dock

Beautiful Lake of the Ozarks home just outside of Camdenton, MO. Quiet lakefront property perfect for swimming, skiing, boating, and fishing. Just a 10 minute drive from Old Kinderhook and Lake Valley golf resorts! Big Island is a 2.7 mile loop along the Little Niangua with stunning views of the lake from the property and around the island. A short drive from any major city in Missouri makes it a perfect weekend getaway or week-long vacation spot. The space The downstairs is complete with a full kitchen, family and dining area, and a full bathroom. The upstairs houses all of the bedrooms with a second family room and another full bathroom. The three bedrooms will accommodate six people. In addition, two fold out couches will sleep an additional four people. Bed linens and shower towels are provided as well as a small stock of beach towels. Start your morning off right with a cup of coffee on our large deck / patio with stunning views and ample seating. Or grab a book and relax on the upper deck while the kids sleep in. As your day gets going, please enjoy our large swim dock that includes a table and chairs with tons of seating to watch the fun on the water. Our new dock steps make it easy for people of all ages to get up and down from the dock while swimming. We do supply some life jackets for our renters to use, but we can't guarantee a jacket that will fit everyone in your group; so feel free to bring your own. We recommend having your kids wear one any time they are on the dock or near the water. In the evening, enjoy our close and convenient access to the kitchen right off of the lower deck and be ready to heat up the gas grill that is provided for your use. If you are bringing your own boat, we have a 10 X 20, covered slip available for your use at no additional charge. There are two TVs in the home with movies to watch on a rainy day. We encourage our renters to bring their own streaming devices (ex. Chromecast) if they would like to stream their own shows. Our home DOES NOT offer cable TV or local channels
