lighted fishing pier—the second-longest in Rockport—which includes two sheltered
gazebos for comfort. If you have your own vessel, the club’s private boat ramp, marina,
and slip offer exclusive access to the water. You can even leave your boat overnight or
park and rinse it conveniently within the complex. While the adults fish, kids can enjoy
the sparkling community pool, located just feet from the private wood deck.
The condo itself is beautifully decorated with a Texas coastal theme, perfect for
