    Gîte fonctionnel et très bien équipé ( juste prévoir qu'il y a un escalier intérieur pour accéder à la chambre et SDB ) Possibilité de se garer facilement Possibilité de se rendre à pied au Zoo de Beauval, donc très pratique

    Le logement ne correspond pas à l’annonce:Le rez de chaussée est très sombre et humide, malgré la présence de déshumidificateur. Le mobilier n’est pas de bonne qualité et montre des signes d’usure.À l’étage la chambre familiale est spacieuse mais manque de confort: les lits grincent ainsi que la porte des wc/salle de bain, les oreillers sont très durs.L’extérieur n’est pas accueillant: véranda vétuste et encombrée, table de jardin à la limite d’être utilisable.D’un point de vue général le logement n’était pas propre: la vaisselle a dû être relavée, brosse toilette dégoûtante, verre à dent sale.La cuisinière n’a que 2 feux sur 4 utilisable et la machine à laver était pleine de linge.Le seul point positif est la localisation très proche du zoo.Le logement est au final trop cher pour la qualité des prestations.
