The house also features a fully equipped, modern open-plan kitchen. On the same level, you'll find a shower room and a separate toilet. On level -1, the house offers a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a dressing room, as well as a bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet. Finally, on level -2, the house features a second 30m² terrace, two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one single bed, the other with two single beds, a shower room, and a toilet. A closed shed for storing bicycles, surfboards, etc., overlooking the street, completes these amenities.
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price.

Maison sympa, agréable bien située et bien équipée... un seul bémol sur l'équipement la cafetière. On aurait préféré à ce niveau de prestation une cafetière à dosettes. Grosse déception vis à vis de la conciergerie. Pas de réponse au tél... des réponses apportées seulement par SMS et le sentiment de déranger quand on demande les éléments de connexion au wifi ou quand il faut insister pour récupérer le complément des kits de linge de maison(sorties de douche et serviettes à main) qui n'ont pas été correctement constitués à l'origine... Il a fallu aller les chercher nous même à l'agence... Pour ce genre de location nous sommes habitués à des conciergeries d'un autre niveau de service...
