The room looked like it was in the middle of a remodel, holes everywhere. Walls were disgusting, no hot water. Absolutely disappointed is the very best I can say

The room was dirty - like it hadn’t been really cleaned well for a while. There were lots of things in the room and bathroom that were falling off or broken. Stains on the sheets. I will never stay here again

The hotel wouldn’t allow me to stay saying I was 86 from their hotel and didn’t cite the reason. I was out in the cold as a result, and still have not received a refund. I am not happy at all.

There was a roach in the fridge when I woke, pulled the fridge out and there was a farm of them. I had informed a employee and he didn't seem to care and still charged a full amount for 1 more night.

Staff was amazing but the rooms were absolutely disgusting looked like blood splatter from what i would assume was from drug use was on wall and lamp shade. Bed was dirty and had crumbs undeneath blanket as if just thrown on top to cover it we wnded up leaving an hour into the stay doue to the poor living space. But stafff was cery friendly and amazing

Cockroaches. Put in smoking room when I booked non-smoking. Property in shocking disrepair. I requested a refund from the manager who said they needed to validate the roaches and submit a request for the refund to corporate. It's been almost a month and no refund. Would never stay there again and would NOT recommend this place ever!
