Terrible experience

The room was not secure, tv remote and air conditioner remote did not work. The walls are paper thin. You can hear the people in the next room as if they were right there with you. Didn't look like they had cleaned well because there were other people's leftovers left there. You have to turn in your towels and get your own towels. But most importantly, they took a picture of my driver's license and credit card for their file. When my daughter checked in they did not ask for hers and she was in a separate room with a separate reservation. When questioned, Eric got very snippy and said that I could either pay $250 more or give my credit card and driver's license to be copied. I did request the paperwork when I left but they could have made more copies. Made me very uneasy. Will never stay there again. Also when driving up there were homeless people around the parking lot. It was very unkept in the parking lot.

Pictures online looked a lot better than in person. Hotel is run down and old. Parking lot area was scary felt unsafe. Beds were not comfortable and made alot of noise with any movement. Could hear every noise outside. Will not stay there again.

A great price and a nice place to stay

Have stayed at this hotel many times in the last couple years. Briana at the front desk is great. Love the pool area and reminds me of summer trips with my family as a child. The rooms are a good size and some offering a kitchen area with a stove top. A very convienent stay for a great price. Plus I love the garden.

Some rooms were nice but ours wasn’t to great as the bed had stains and it seemed really unstable. It didn’t feel to safe as my husband was approached by someone that was hang out with the staff in front office. My husband asked for towels and the person asked if he had a problem. Then another person approached me and my kids talking about how his sister destroyed everything and blowing cigarette smoke around my children.

It looks like they rent by the month. At check in the clerk did not give us any info except where the room was and the code for the gate. The towels were like sandpaper. This place needs an upgrade. For the price we paid you would think that they would at least had a breakfast to go. I will never stay here again. Not worth the price.

Room was listed as refurbished yet had damaged furniture. Hair dryer was inoperable t. Window facing a busy 4-lane road offered mo sound protection. Although named California suites it was a substandard basic room

Beds need to be replaced, they squeak a lot. The door lock works intermittently, even though it flashes green. The pictures must be really old, because the property is run down.
